Introduction of the metal baler

This is a small hydraulic scrap metal baler with a single main cylinder rollover design and the main cylinder pressure is 1250KN. This Y81 series of small horizontal balers is mainly used for baling and compressing thin and light scrap metal such as scrap aluminum. The main cylinder pressure of our Y81 series balers ranges from 63 tons to 2000 tons, and there are more than ten grades to choose from. According to the type and size of scrap metal, a baler with suitable master cylinder pressure can be selected. At the same time, the size of the pressing box and the size and shape of the metal package can also be designed and produced.

Application

Hydraulic scrap metal balers are mostly used in scrap metal recycling and processing industries, steel mills, ferrous metal smelting industries, etc. Y81 series scrap metal balers have high efficiency in processing scrap metal materials, and can process scrap metal of various materials, such as stainless steel profiles, aluminum profiles, iron plates, steel pipes, scrap car shells and so on.
