Introduction of the metal baler

This is a 400-ton hydraulic metal baler. Metal balers are commonly used in a variety of industries including scrap metal, automotive, construction and manufacturing. They are primarily used to compress scrap metal into bales that are transported to recycling facilities where they are melted down and reused. The Y81 series horizontal scrap metal baler of our Dalongkai is hydraulically driven, and it is easy to install without installing anchor screws. And diesel engines can be used as power in places where there is no power supply. All of our metal balers can be customized, including box size, bale size, etc.

Valve block: The hydraulic valve block can simplify the design and installation of the hydraulic system, realize the integration and standardization of the system, and improve the accuracy and reliability.

Motor: The motor can be used as a common motor, or a servo motor can be selected according to customer needs.

PLC control cabinet: PLC integrated control cabinet has protection functions such as overload, short circuit and phase loss protection. It has compact structure, stable operation and complete functions. It can be combined according to the actual control scale.
