Y82 hydraulic vertical baler is a multi-functional hydraulic baler, baling and pressing paint buckets, waste aluminum, cans, waste cardboard, waste stainless steel, etc. The baler uses imported relays to control the circuit, which effectively prolongs the service life of the equipment; a 2 mm thick rigid plate is used, and the warp and weft lines are added to fix the box and never open welding. The hydraulic baler has moderate operation height, simple and convenient operation, and more convenient, suitable for packing lighter items. After improved design and meticulous manufacturing by a professional R&D center, the scope of use of hydraulic baler has been continuously expanded. We can also customize production according to customer requirements.

Operation process

1. String the packing rope through the automatic elastic device behind the packing machine, and place it along the packing belt slot, then tie the packing belt to the bottom end of the packing groove, rotate the automatic elastic device 90 degrees, and close the bottom door lock live.

2. Put in the material. When the material is loaded to the height of the pressure plate, close the door and press the “down” button. The equipment runs automatically and is compacted. (The feeding height of materials other than cardboard is slightly higher than the bottom door).

3. The pressure plate moves down and compresses to reach the pressure and automatically returns to the open position. When compressing and packing constraints, the pressure plate stops at the preset position of the compressed material.
