Product Description

The hydraulic metal baler can compress scrap metal scraps, steel scraps, scrap steel, scrap iron, scrap copper, scrap aluminum, aluminum scraps, disassembly and assembly car shells, waste oil drums, etc. This series of machines is mainly suitable for recycling and processing industries and metal smelting industries.

Baling Process

1. Feed material

Add scrap metal to the press box through the feeding device. Scrap aluminum, scrap copper,scrap steel, scrap stainless steel, steel shavings, and scrap car scrap can all be compressed.

1. Compressed Material

After the feeding is completed, the door cover is closed, and the machine operates through the main push cylinder and the side push cylinder to compress the waste into a compact block.

1. Bale Finish

After the bales are formed, the bales are turned out of the press box through an automatic forward turning device. The bale block can be placed in a fixed position by a mechanical gripper.
