Product Description

The Y81 series metal hydraulic baler has a complete range of models, and the main cylinder pressure ranges from 125 tons to 2000 tons. There are different forms of material discharge, such as turning-out, (forward turning-out and side turning-out), pushing-out (side pushing and forward pushing), or manual pick-up (carrying the bale). Diesel engine can be used as power, in places where there is no power source.

Machine Detail

1. Front turning device: the bag can be automatically turned out of the press box after the block is completed.

2. Double master cylinders: Double master cylinders are used to make the pressed block more firm and compact. The pressure of the master cylinder is 250 tons.

3. Electric box: PLC control system, with touch screen, easy to operate, can be installed with a remote control system, can remotely detect the cause of machine failure, and solve the machine problem in time.
