Gantry shears are composed of frame, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic power system and electrical system. In terms of working principle, it passes through the automatic loading bin, that is, after the material is grabbed to the loading bin, the waste is automatically sent to the knife edge by the conveyor belt. The feeding speed can be adjusted by the speed adjustment motor.

There are side extrusion cylinders on both sides of the silo. Gantry shears cannot cut large scraps such as scrapped cars. The corner squeeze cylinder squeezes and reduces the leftover material, and then sends it to the trimming edge for cutting through the conveyor.
